Description:
Beautiful craftsman bungalow that has been lovingly maintained and updated. The yard has been professionally landscaped to enhance the great old trees that exist on the property, which include magnolias and pecans. The sidewalks have been replaced and a patio has been installed in the back of the home. The cedar shake shed is perfect for storage. The original heart of pine floors are present throughout the home, and the original windows are still in place. The living room contains leaded glass bookcases which flank the fireplace, as well as leaded glass curio cabinets located at the pillared entrance to the dining room. Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper has been installed in the dining room, and the room contains a large, leaded glass china cabinet with a beveled mirror, as well as a window seat allowing for additional storage. The kitchen, though completely renovated in 1999 with cherry cabinets and a ceramic sink, still contains a built-in china cabinet spanning an entire wall. A large built-in cabinet with double doors and four drawers is located in the hall and is perfect for storing linens. The master bedroom and bath are also located on the first floor, along with the laundry room. The second floor holds two bedrooms, one with french doors and angled windows, a bath with a clawfoot tub, and a den or children's playroom. All bedrooms contain large walk-in closets. Wooden blinds have been installed throughout the home.
