Prices
All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. Postage and packing charges will be calculated on checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed by our secure online server and can be made by all major credit and debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch & Solo, and Paypal. Orders paid for by this method will be despatched immediately.

Returns Policy
We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 7 working days from delivery. Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will refund the full purchase price by the original means of payment within 30 days. Cancellation
In Accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel orders by giving notice in writing with 7 working days of receipt of goods to theorganichome@googlemail or by calling us on 01424 436404 in business hours of 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, quoting your order reference and description of items ordered. Goods should be returned unopened and in their original condition and packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will contact you to let you know that your returned goods have been received. Any returns postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and we advise that proof of posting is obtained to ensure goods are received by us.
